How Should Be My Europe - Come dovrebbe essere la mia Europa

Vorrei la Comunità Europea fondata su Giusti Valori Umani. Una Europa di Nazioni e non di Stati  

Europe should be a community founded on right human values . A community founded on Nations (Peoples) instead of States    

L'Europa che vorrei è molto simile a quella Mittel Europa che fu distrutta da chi voleva un mondo di guerre,  di dominio, dove le armi sono sempre poste sopra ogni diritto umano. 

Chi distrusse quel ordinamento basato sulla pacifica convivenza, garante dei diritti fondamentali del uomo, non era vero Europeo.

Chi distrusse la pace mondiale, credeva nella sopraffazione, nello sfruttamento, nel dominio, nel mito delle razze superiori, nel diritto a rubare, nel diritto al uso di schiavi, nel diritto al razzismo, nel diritto alla segregazione, nel diritto di arricchirsi affamando altri. Chi distrusse la Mittel Europa furono gli Stati colonialisti per eccellenza, gli strangolatori del mondo, coloro che ancora oggi creano guerre e fame nel mondo per rubare il pane dalla bocca di chi ha solo quello. Ma il peggio di tutto è che noi crediamo che essi siano benefattori.

The Europe I'd want is very similar to the Mittel Europe that was destroyed by those who wanted a world of wars, domain, where the weapons are always placed above any human law.

Who destroyed the order based on peaceful coexistence, guaranteeing the fundamental rights of man, was not true European.

Who destroyed the world peace, believed in the oppression, exploitation, in the domain, in the myth of the superior races, into the right to steal,  in the right to the use of slaves, in the racism low, in the right to segregation,  in the right to get rich starving other . Those who destroyed Mittel Europa were the colonialist states, the stranlgers of the world, those who still create wars and hunger in the world today, to steal bread from the mouth of those who have only that. And the worse of all it is that we believe they are benefactors.

Oggi noi possiamo ripudiare queste ingiustizie, possiamo riprendere quei giusti valori e porli come fondamento di una nuova era del mondo guidata dal Europa.

Una Europa garante dei diritti umani uguali per tutti.

Chi parla in un modo ed agisce in un altro non deve essere creduto. Oggi nel mondo ci sono popoli con diritti ed altri senza, esistono stati artificiali governate da  feroci colonialisti che opprimono i popoli e rubano ogni ricchezza creando immani tragedie. 

Oggi si fanno guerre per portare la pace ovunque, ma ovunque c'è una guerra che mai porta alla pace, ma distruzione e morte.

La Comunità Europea potrebbe cambiare questa situazione, potrebbe guidare il mondo ad un era di pace. 

Today we can repudiate these injustices, we can take those right values and place them as the foundation of a new era of the world, led by Europe.

Europe could be a guarantor of human rights, that would be the same for everyone.

Who speaks in one way and act in another, can not be believed. 
Today in the world there are people with rights and others without.
Today in the world there are artificial States governed by ferocious colonialists, who oppress people and steal all wealth creating huge tragedies.

Today in the world there are wars to bring peace everywhere, but everywhere there is a war that never leads to peace, but destruction and death.

The European Community could change this situation, could lead the world to an era of peace.

Vorrei la creazione della Carta Europea dei Diritti Umani:

Una carta che fondi le basi della buona convivenza mondiale

1. Riconoscimento di Pari Diritto e Dignità a Tutte le Razze
2. Riconoscimento del diritto al autodeterminazione dei popoli ad avere una propria nazione, da essi abitata e governata.
3. Riconoscimento ad ogni popolo costituitosi autonomamente e senza interventi esterni alla proprietà e gestione del territorio
4. Riconoscimento del Diritto di popoli ed etnie alla propria esistenza, alla propria lingua, alla propria religione e cultura, anche al interno di altri Stati.
5. Condanna delle armi e della forza per creare Stati, per imporre sovranità, per creare ingerenze politiche in altri stati o nazioni.
6. Dichiarazione di illegalità per tutte gli Stati nati con la forza, e nati da arbitrarie spartizioni coloniali e territoriali imposte ai popoli che le abitavano.
7. Condanna di ogni forma di colonialismo e sfruttamento attuati nel passato, nel presente e nel futuro.
8. Condanna del uso delle armi e della forza su qualsiasi nazione
9. Condanna del commercio internazionale di armi.
10. Condanna di ogni finanziamento di eserciti e rivoluzioni 
11. Ritiro degli eserciti invasori in ogni nazione
12. Stop immediato agli sfruttamenti delle risorse di nazioni colonizzate.
13. Divieto per ogni Stato o ente internazionale di commerciare prodotti che non siano stati acquistati dalle nazioni produttrici.
14. Istituzione del Libero Commercio Mondiale senza barriere
15. Istituzione del Passaporto mondiale per tutti
16. Separazione e riconoscimento della diversità tra Stato e Nazione dove: (A) per Nazione si intenda un singolo popolo composto  dalle sue radici, dalla sua cultura, dalla sua Lingua o lingue, dalle sue religioni, dalla sua storia. (B) Lo Stato sia inteso come un mero organo che amministra una o più nazioni al suo interno ed alle quali siano riconosciuti pari diritti ed una equa rappresentanza negli organi istituzionali.

I'd like the creation of the European Charter of Human Rights:

A card that funds the basics of good globally coexistence 

1. Recognition of Equal Right and Dignity in All Breeds
2. Recognition of the right to self-determination of peoples to have their own nation, inhabited and governed by them.
3. Recognition of each people formed independently and without external intervention to property and land management
4. Recognition of the right of peoples and ethnic groups to their own existence, their own language, their religion and culture, even if inside of other States.
5. Condemnation of weapons and force to create States, to impose sovereignty, to create political interference in other states or nations.
6. Declaration of a state of lawlessness for all nations created by force, and born of artificial colonial and territorial divisions imposed to the nations by guns.
7. Condemnation of all forms of colonialism and exploitation carried out in the past, in the present and in the future.
8. Condemns the use of weapons and force over any nation
9. Condemnation of the international arms trade.
10. Condemnation of all funding of armies and revolutions
11. Immediate withdrawal of all invading armies in every nation
12. Immediate halt to the exploitation of the resources of colonized nations.
13. Prohibition for each nation or international institution to trade products that have not been purchased by the producing nations.
14. Establishment of the Free Trade World without barriers
15. Establishment of the World Passport for All

16. Separation and recognition of the diversity between the state and the nation where: (A) by nation is meant a single people composed of its roots, culture, language or languages, its religions and its history. (B) The State is understood as a mere body that administers one or more nations within it and which are recognized as equal rights and fair representation in the institutional organs.
